Refund/Return Policy

Because our product is a food product, we ONLY accept returns of damaged items.

If you received a damaged product, we require images of the damage before a refund will be issued.

After we receive your images, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, the refund CAN take up to 10 days to show up on your account, according to how quickly your credit card company processes the refund.

If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
